The Association of Lightweight Campers AGM
will be held on Saturday May 20th 2023.
Location for the meeting is
Nether Whitacre Methodist Church Hall
Station Road, Nether Whitacre, B46 2EH
The AGM lasts about an hour and is followed by refreshments and a Council
meeting.
The church hall is on the right (if travelling south from the campsite)
Not the village hall on the left, a bit further along.
Please try to attend (even if you are not camping) as we need 15 voting
members to be quorate and please bring your membership card.

You must be a member of the Camping and Caravanning Club to join our meets.
Advanced Booking is essential as only a certain amount of pitches are booked for each meet.
Meets are for smaller tents due to limited space grass pitches booked
More can be added if I know who is coming along.
We need to let the site know 2 weeks in advance of names and numbers.
